This means the Kick is a sidechain input, but not an audio input. To fix this you need to click the Kick track, then look where the routing knob under the Bassline track is and turn it down to zero. Now, since you said the Kick is making sound when the Bassline track is enabled, I assume you've also sent the Kick there, rather than just sidechaining. This will re-enable send from the Kick to the Master, and leave the send from Kick to Bassline as well. To fix this click the Kick track to select it, then right-click the routing button in line with the Master track and choose 'Route to this track'.
